Job Description
NSW Health in Sydney's South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker (Lvl 1-2) to join the Youth Health Service on a permanent full time basis. You will deliver psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions for adolescents and young adults with complex needs, applying trauma-informed and culturally safe practice.
