About this opportunity:
n
At Pact Contract Manufacturing, we partner with leading FMCG brands to deliver creative products across personal care, home care, industrial and aerosol categories. We're looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator to manage new product launches and change projects across our manufacturing sites.
n
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll drive projects from brief to launch, ensuring timelines, costings and deliverables stay on track.
n
Your key responsibilities will be to:
n
n
Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects.
n
Manage project timelines, critical paths and stakeholder communication.
n
Interpret customer briefs and oversee artwork, packaging and product specifications.
n
Prepare product costings in partnership with Finance and Operations.
n




Source packaging materials and identify cost-saving opportunities.
n
Lead project meetings and manage risks to ensure successful launches.
n
Maintain SAP master data, BOMs and pricing.
n
Support Operations and Quality teams to achieve successful first production runs.
n

What you'll bring
n
n
Experience in FMCG, packaging or contract manufacturing.
n
Experience with product costing and BOM management.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Background in project coordination, NPD, commercialisation or product development.
n
Strong SAP and Excel skills
n
n
