We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Truck Drivers to join a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham. This hands-on role involves operating trucks and combi-lifts to source, inspect, position, and transport containers throughout the site while ensuring all food safety, cold-chain, and security requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
n

Operate trucks and combi-lifts safely throughout the site
n
Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks
n
Source and transport containers according to load schedules
n
Conduct 7-point container inspections and report any damage
n
Photograph containers and record inspection information
n
n
About You
n
n
Current Truck Driver's Licence
n
Current Forklift and/or Combi-Lift competency/sign-off
n
Previous experience operating trucks, forklifts, or container handling equipment
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to accurately complete paperwork and records
n
Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
Able to work effectively within a team environment
n
Flexible to work rotating shifts when required
n
