Working alongside Chef Victor Chavez is a genuine opportunity to master Mexican cooking in a high-volume environment, in a brand-new kitchen, in a world-class location.

The role:

We're after a Chef de Partie who brings confidence, pride and precision to every plate. You'll work closely with Victor and a tight, skilled team - learning authentic technique, fresh ingredients, and high-volume execution every single service.
