Chillin Air Conditioning & Electrical has been operating for more than three decades and has grown to a team of over 100 people across multiple Queensland locations.
We specialise in residential new-build air conditioning and electrical installations and work with many of Queensland's leading builders.
We are a fast-moving, practical and people-focused business. Our team includes electricians, air conditioning technicians, apprentices, trade assistants, warehouse staff, administration teams and leaders with a wide range of personalities and experience.

About the Role
Based in our
Loganholme branch
, you'll coordinate our Southside installation schedule, ensuring jobs are completed on time while providing outstanding service to our builders and customers.
Every day is different. Priorities change, builders call with new requests, weather impacts schedules, jobs move, and you'll be the person helping keep everything running smoothly.
You'll work closely with:
Builders, site supervisors and construction managers
Our installation technicians
Internal departments including orders and administration
Other Chillin branches to coordinate resources and workload when required
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and can confidently manage multiple tasks at once.
The Scale of the Role
This is a position with genuine responsibility. You'll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership of one of our busiest installation schedules.
You'll coordinate the daily workload of Chillin's
technicians
across the Southside, ensuring a high volume of installation work is delivered efficiently while balancing changing priorities, builder requests and resource availability.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing daily and weekly installation schedules
Liaising with builders regarding job progress and required completion dates
Coordinating technicians across the Southside region
Adjusting schedules as priorities change
Working with other Chillin branches to balance workloads and resources




Monitoring upcoming work to ensure technicians remain productive
Communicating clearly with customers, builders and internal staff
Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
About You
Ideally, you'll have experience working within the construction, building or trades industry and have a good understanding of job scheduling, site deadlines and how builders operate. A trade qualification isn't required, but industry knowledge will help you hit the ground running.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with builders, site supervisors, technicians and customers
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities change
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
Professional, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Computer confident with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience using AroFlo would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
