in this pivotal role, supporting the Network Administration Manager to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality, patient-centred radiology services across the Monash Health network.
As
Deputy Network Administration Manager
, you will play an integral role in leading and coordinating administrative operations, supporting our teams and contributing to the continued improvement of service delivery.
About Monash Health Radiology
Monash Health Radiology incorporates services at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, Monash Children's Hospital, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital, Pakenham Health Centre,Moorabbin Hospital, Kingston Centre and Victorian Heart Hospital.
The service provides over 400,000 imaging examinations per year across all sites. The Service currently employsapproximately 500 EFT,



and has a gross operating budget in excess of $100M
About The Role
The Deputy Network Administration Manager will work closely with the Network Administration Manager to support and coordinate day-to-day administration operations for
over 70 administration staff
across the Monash Health Radiology administration network, with a robust focus on patient-centred care and service excellence.
This role will provide leadership and support to Site Administration Supervisors and team members responsible for training delivery and the administration of Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings.The Deputy Network Administration Manager will also provide leave cover for the Network Administration Manager, ensuring continuity of leadership and operational excellence across the service.

You are experienced and confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You communicate effectively across teams and disciplines and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while developing and supporting high-performing teams.
You are solutions-focused, with the ability to balance immediate operational priorities with long-term strategic outcomes. You bring a collaborative approach, solid organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You Need
Qualification in, or demonstrated extensive experience with, Medical Terminology
Demonstrated experience in radiology administration, customer service, leadership and change management
Recognisedqualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated extensive experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable
