Person specification and selection criteria:
n
n
A sound understanding of and commitment to the Christian mission and philosophy of the College
n
Secondary Teachers: Demonstrated skill and experience as a Secondary School Teacher, including at VCE level where applicable
n




Robust interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
n
Able to prioritise, problem solve, demonstrate initiative and utilise common sense
n
A high standard of personal presentation and integrity
n
Have a passion for teaching young people.
n

The ability to teach additional subjects English / Humanities, Maths / Science, or Physical Education / Outdoor Education will be highly regarded.
