Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our Sunshine Coast team.
n
About the role
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front, working alongside your crew to deliver high-quality outcomes across pipeline and civil infrastructure projects.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Supervise and work alongside crews delivering water and sewer infrastructure
n
Lead pipeline installation, maintenance and repair works
n
Rehabilitation and renewals work across sewerage, water and related infrastructure.
n
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
n
Operate plant and equipment where ticketed
n
Assist with general labouring as required
n
n
About you
n
You're a practical,



on-site leader who takes ownership, communicates well, and drives results through your team.
n
Essential
n
n
Proven experience as a Leading Hand in civil infrastructure (water/sewer preferred)
n
Construction White Card
n
Current driver's licence
n
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
n
Ability to lead teams and coordinate site activities
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
MR truck licence
n
Excavator competency
n
Confined space & Working at Heights tickets
n
Welding experience (Electrofusion, Extrusion, Butt Welding)
n
n
