Take the lead on a major tailings infrastructure program, driving the design, planning and governance of annual wall raise works for a critical operational asset.
n
Working within a high-performing Sustaining Capital team, you'll provide technical leadership across large-scale earthworks, tailings and water infrastructure projects, managing design consultants, coordinating technical studies, and developing long-term asset strategies that support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead annual wall raise design development and delivery.
n
Manage engineering consultants, design scope, schedule and performance.
n
Develop rolling 5-year infrastructure and asset strategies.
n
Coordinate geotechnical investigations, technical studies and assurance activities.
n




Support capital planning, project studies and funding submissions.
n
Drive collaboration across operations, engineering and project delivery teams.
n
Manage technical risk, design governance and constructability outcomes.
n

About You / Requirements
n
n
Degree qualified Civil Engineer.
n
Significant experience across tailings, dams, mining infrastructure or large-scale earthworks projects.
n
Solid background leading multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants.
n
Experience with capital project planning, risk management and technical assurance.
n
RPEQ or equivalent highly regarded.
n
n
