Siteforce Recruitment is currently seeking experienced, hands-on Project Managers with backgrounds across both Civil and Commercial Construction. The Role
n
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing construction projects and a comprehensive understanding of industry practices. Solid leadership and communication skills are essential to drive project progress and build positive relationships with project stakeholders.

Your duties will include:
n

Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
n
Manage budgets, risks, and resources to ensure project success.
n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
n
Implement quality control and ensure compliance with regulations.
n
n
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
n
n
Work locations across Mackay, Whitsunday Regions, and throughout Queensland as projects require
n
n
What You Will Need
n
n
Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Management
qualifications/experience
n




Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
n
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
n
Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
n
Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
n
Proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
n
Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
n

What's On Offer
n
$150,000 - $180,000 annual (depends on experience)
n
n
Penalty rates

Weekly pay

Company vehicle and fuel card
n
Company iPad or laptop (as required for the role)

Five (5) high-visibility work shirts
n
$80 per month phone allowance for use of a personal phone for work-related purposes
