Calling a Dynamic Support Team Lead!
n
Are you an experienced disability support worker ready to step up and lead? We are on the lookout for a passionate leader to commit to 10 permanent hours per week, offering the perfect blend of hands-on impact and versatile, remote administrative hours. In this role, you won't just manage; you will inspire, collaborate, and pave the way for high-quality care.
n
Your Key Responsibilities:
n
Provide face-to-face support work - This will be focused on building rapport with the client, supporting with her highly complex needs where required (personal care, manual handling, PEG feeding (occasionally), mealtime management, medication management, epilepsy & seizure management & domestic duties) and building positive and consistent routines.
n
Handle rostering, recruiting, and training staff.
n
Attending meetings with the client, parents, and the Hireup manager
n
Admin duties relating to the clients' support
n




Experience in leading the way with creating routines and procedures that benefit a client's life and ability to pass this on to other team members through training.
n
Documentation, communication & drive!
n
Desirable Experience and Qualifications:
n
Cert IV in Disability or similar
n
Working with clients who have high-complexity medical needs.
n
Good knowledge of the disability sector.
n
Technical & Operational Excellence
n
Current Shift Availability:
n
Face-to-face shifts - Availability on any 2 of the following days (can be flexible for the right candidate):
n
Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday from 3:30 pm - 7 pm.
n
Available to complete 3 hours per week remotely within normal business hours (laptop and equipment supplied)
n
Mandatory Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
n
Full First Aid
n
Right to work within Australia
n
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
n
Full Australian driver's licence
n
