As a
Data Governance Lead
based in
Adelaide
, you will maintain high-quality data to strengthen accurate reporting processes and operational decision-making. This analytical role will be driven by your professional consultation and exemplary stakeholder engagement. Your oversight of data governance frameworks and projects will ensure data is managed as an important organisational asset. Implement your critical thinking and high interpersonal skills to lead expert data analysis that will drive DCP's data governance capabilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification(s) in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related discipline
In this role, you will:
Oversee the delivery of complex data governance and data management projects
Manage the employment of data management instruments and technologies to transform data into a strategic asset
Offer consultation to technical and non-technical staff to identify and control issues through evidence-based decision-making
Implement and pioneer processes surrounding data collection, sharing, utilisation and storage
Produce expert assessments and reports based on sound investigative gathering and analysis of data governance and related responsibilities.
About you:
You possess sound knowledge of data governance frameworks and operating models
You are competent in handling complex compliance monitoring and data quality programs
You have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and maintain collaborative partnerships
You can operate efficiently under broad direction and use initiative to promptly resolve issues
