The Role
n
n
Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties
n
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance and issue work orders
n
Manage rent arrears and lease renewals
n
Handle insurance claims when required
n
Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Manage leasing enquiries and application processing
n
Ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently and to a high standard
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous Property Management experience
n
Current Certificate of Registration
n
Reliable car and driver's license
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Confident managing a residential portfolio
n
Experience with Property Tree and IRE highly regarded
n
n
