n Your Responsibilities

Providetechnical supportand troubleshoot issues across computers, servers, and network infrastructure.

Monitorsystems and networksto identify, diagnose, and resolve potential problems proactively.
n
Implement new IT systems including hardware, software, andcloud-based solutions.
n
Support related IT services, includingsecurity cameras, access control, and BMS integrations.
n
Maintain accurate and detaileddocumentationof tasks, procedures, and system configurations.

Your Skills & Competencies
n
n
Stronghardware skillsacross desktop computers, laptops, servers, Synology NAS, Ubiquiti equipment, etc.
n
Strongsoftware expertise in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Windows Server, and Adobe Suite.
n
Knowledge ofcloud-based technologies(Microsoft 365, Azure, AI integrations).
n
Strongcybersecurity awarenessincluding data storage, backup, and retention protocols.
n
Experience withBuilding Management Systems (BMS)
n
Passion for technology with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
n
Excellentproblem-solvingandlogical reasoningskills.
