We're looking for a friendly, motivated and proactive pharmacy assistant who wants to do more than simply fill shelves and serve at the counter.

You'll be someone who:

Has initiative and sees what needs doing without always being asked

Is organised, reliable and open to learning new things

Enjoys working as part of a small team but can also work independently
n
Is confident communicating with customers and healthcare professionals
n
Enjoys contributing ideas and helping turn them into reality
n
Wants to be part of a team with shared goals and a genuine sense of purpose

Experience is important, but we're equally looking for someone who brings the right attitude, takes initiative and genuinely wants to be part of what we're building.

A Role With Variety
n
As well as the usual pharmacy assistant responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to:

Support the dispensary and pharmacy team in delivering professional services
n
Build robust relationships with our customers beyond our four walls
n
Assist with offsite vaccination clinics and community health events
n
Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals
n
Assist with stock management, ordering and supplier relationships
n
Contribute to marketing promotions and community initiatives
n
Help identify and implement ideas to improve the pharmacy
n
Play a genuine role in helping our pharmacy grow
n
n

The Role
n
Monday–Wednesday, with the potential for additional hours and full-time work for the right person as our business continues to grow.
n
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred, but we're more interested in finding the right person than the longest résumé.
