Employment Term: Permanent Full Time – Commencing June ****

Remuneration: $***** to $***** p/hr [+ Super, Not for Profit Salary Packaging, Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's), Employee discounts, 5 Weeks Annual Leave]

Your role
n
You'll provide holistic, integrated care to your clients, enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life.

Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groups
n
Prescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modification
n
Education and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carers
n
Goal setting activities, as well as discharge and resolution planning
n
Liaising with healthcare professionals such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitored
n

Qualifications
n
You'll be passionate about providing exceptional clinical treatment and therapies designed to enable your clients to maintain and improve their independence. You'll be self‐motivated and driven to incorporate contemporary theory in your day‐to‐day activities and make a real difference to the lives of our clients.

Tertiary Qualifications and current AHPRA registration
n
Previous experience within an aged care or community setting
n
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationships
n
Effective time‐management and proven clinical problem‐solving skills
n
Current Australian Drivers Licence and a road‐worthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance as required – Essential
n
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
n
Current CPR and First Aid
n
Own reliable vehicle with kilometre reimbursement where a fleet car is not available
n
