Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager and based out of their Bunbury offices, the key scope of this role includes:
n
n
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
n
Provide insights on financial performance to stakeholders.
n
Oversee month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
n
Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvement.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including operations team.
n
Dealing with site and WIP accounting.
n
People leadership of 1 x Assistant Accountant.
n
n
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
n
n
CA/CPA Qualified (desired).
n
Prior experience working within a projects-based or operational workplace.
n
Exposure to budgeting & forecasting.
n
People leadership/mentorship exposure.Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
n
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (site based).
n
n
