Job Description
We are seeking Packing Line Workers to become part of our team on Night Shift - 130am-930am
n
The key duties of this position are:
n
Operate machinery.
n
Measure ingredients and mix raw materials.
n
Monitor dough/product quality and line performance, reporting and escalating any deviations.
n
Production and Packing lines
n
Clean equipment and workspace
n
Work safely and adhere to safe practices.
n
Key skills required to be successful in this role are:
n
Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat (bacon), etc.
n
Manual handling up to 25kgs
n
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
n
High attention to detail with a positive attitude
n
Previous experience in a similar role within food manufacturing or in hospitality. (Preferred but not essential)
n
Ability to work in fast paced environment and multitasking.
n
Must be able to stand for 8-hour shifts in temperature-controlled workplace
n




Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
n
Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP)
n
Basic understanding of HACCP principles (formal certification preferred but not required - training provided)
