Established for more than 15 years, this commercial builder has developed an outstanding reputation across the Sydney fitout, refurbishment and building upgrade market.

They have delivered more than $500M worth of projects, with around 90% of their work coming from repeat clients, referrals and recommendations.

The Role
n
You'll take ownership of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects primarily in the $1M - $10M range.
n
Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you'll lead the site team and subcontractors from commencement through to successful handover.
n
Projects are properly planned and supported before construction starts, allowing you to concentrate on programme, quality,



safety and keeping the site moving.
n
You'll work with an established subcontractor network and experienced project teams who understand the fast-moving nature of commercial fitout.
n
This isn't a business where the Site Manager is expected to solve every problem alone. The PM and wider project team remain involved and everyone takes responsibility for delivering the job.
n
About You
n
We're looking for a Site Manager who enjoys the pace and detail of commercial fitout and takes genuine pride in handing over a quality project.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
n
Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment experience
n
Experience delivering projects from commencement through to handover
n
Excellent programming and organisational skills
n
Strong understanding of quality finishes
n
Ability to build productive relationships with subcontractors
n
Reliable references
n
n
You'll be organised, practical and comfortable making decisions on site. You know how to drive a programme without destroying relationships with the people you rely on to deliver it.
