Leisure Bowl combines bowling, cocktails, snacks and evening discos for all-day family fun.

Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Lead and coach the Leisure Bowlteam to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
n
Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
n
Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
n
Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
n
Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning
n

Full-time contract
n
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‐week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced setting
n
Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
n
Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
