About the role

You will assist with Phone and accessory sales. Also diagnose and repair phones, tablets, performing screen, battery, charging port repairs. You will troubleshoot hardware and software faults, record repairs and parts in the POS system, communicate professionally with customers, and assist with sales and general store operations.

About you

Minimum 1 year mobile repair experience
n
Experience with Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel and other major brands
n
Positive troubleshooting and customer service skills
n
Reliable, organised and able to work under pressure
n
Valid driver's licence preferred
