What You'll Be Doing
n

Conducting comprehensive consultations and skin analysis
n
Creating personalised treatment plans that deliver measurable results
n
Performing advanced skin treatments using cutting edge technologies
n
Building strong client relationships and longterm treatment plans
n
Supporting clinic performance through rebooking, retail recommendations and client retention
n
Contributing ideas to help drive clinic growth and client experience
n
Becoming a trusted expert that clients can't wait to return to

Who We're Looking For
n
You'll be a fantastic fit if you:

Hold a Degree in Dermal Therapy or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
n
Have 2+ years in clinic experience performing advanced skin treatments
n
Are passionate about skin health, education and client results
n
Love building genuine client relationships
n
Have excellent communication and consultation skills
n
Thrive in a team environment
n
Are motivated, proactive and growth focused
n
Naturally step into leadership and enjoy mentoring others
n
