We are now seeking anAccounts Receivable & Payable Officerto manage core AR/AP processes and support accurate, efficient financial operations. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, accuracy and getting things done, with the support of a collaborative team.

What you'll be doing
n

Create and issue invoices for projects, rentals, services and sales
n
Review job and project information prior to invoicing to ensure accuracy
n




Follow up outstanding invoices and resolve billing queries, discrepancies and credit notes
n
Record customer payments and maintain accurate customer account details in Xero
n
Receive and enter supplier invoices into Xero, matching to purchase orders where required
n
Prepare supplier invoices for approval
n
Respond to supplier queries and maintain supplier records
n
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain organised digital records
n
n
What we're looking for

Experience acrossaccounts receivable and accounts payable
n
Strong working knowledge ofXero(essential)
n
High attention to detail, strong follow‐up habits and confident communication
n
Comfortable working with job or project information to ensure invoicing accuracy
n
n
Nice to have:experience in a job or project‐based environment.
