Details:
The ACT Revenue Office Operations unit are recruiting Operation Officers at the ASO3 level for upcoming vacancies.
We work in a fast-paced customer service environment and are seeking capable and reliable officers to join our team.
The role involves dealing professionally with taxpayers and stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and maintaining records.
Successful candidates will be able to:
read, understand and apply office policies, procedures and legislation.
undertake high volumes of work.
work efficiently and accurately.
work independently and as part of a team.

Note:
There are several temporary positions available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency.
Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.




A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
Note: Under the ACTPS employment framework you may be placed in another role where required for the efficient administration of the service.
Where an offer of employment is for a fixed-term period, any related temporary contracts within the Territory will be issued in compliance with the requirements and applicable exceptions outlined in the Fair Work Act.
