We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Business Support Administrator
to join our team and provide critical support to our leadership team and broader business operations.
About the role
Reporting to the
Business Support Lead
, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and operational support across a busy and fast-paced transport environment.
You'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure administrative processes run smoothly, information is managed accurately, and business priorities are effectively supported.

What you'll be doing




Providing administrative support to the Business Support Lead, Managing Director, Senior Leadership Team and wider business.
Preparing reports, presentations, business communications, meeting agendas and minutes.
Coordinating meetings, workshops, training sessions and business events.
Managing business records, documentation and filing systems to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
Supporting procurement and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoice processing and supplier management.
Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to business enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintaining compliance records, operational documentation, stakeholder information and business databases.
Assisting with operational reporting, business metrics and data analysis
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and business efficiency.
About you
You'll be a confident administrator who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities and supporting a broad range of business activities.
To be successful, you'll bring:
3-5 years' experience in an administration role within a complex operational or blue-collar environment.
Solid experience supporting senior leaders and preparing professional business documentation and reports.




Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the organisation.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The ability to work independently, show initiative and exercise sound judgement.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP, Infor, Maximo or Microsoft Dynamics AX will be highly regarded.
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (or similar) will be highly regarded.
Play a key role in supporting one of Sydney's largest public transport networks
Work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure across all areas of the business
