In Home Support Worker - Aged Care at Home

Our Ozcare Cairns Aged Care at Home Branch is looking part-time In-Home Support Workers to support our clients across the Atherton area.
n
Your Role
n
As an In-Home Support Worker, you'll be looking after the most significant people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
n
n
Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
n
Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
n
Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care
n
n

Role Requirements
n
n
Current Police Screening Certificate
n
A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
n
Current Queensland driver's licence
n
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
n
Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B,Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).

Previous experience in a similar role
