InThis Role You Will
Coordinate resident care, assessments and careplanning
Deliver complex clinical care, including medicationadministration and wound management
Monitor and respond to changing resident careneeds
Collaborate with residents, families andmultidisciplinary teams
Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners
Maintain high standards of clinical governance anddocumentation
Aboutyou
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Robust clinical and assessment skills
A passion for delivering person-centred aged care
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
