Join our Dubbo Workshop Team and be part of a highly skilled team delivering industry-leading CAT machine rebuilds and maintenance services to world-class standards.
You'll take ownership of machine overhauls, diagnostics, repairs, and component rebuilds within our workshop, ensuring every machine leaves safe, reliable, and ready for peak performance.
What you'll do
Strip, assess, rebuild and reassemble CAT machines and major components to OEM standards
Conduct inspections, diagnostics and quality assurance checks throughout the rebuild process
Complete workshop maintenance, repairs and rebuild activities in line with production schedules and customer requirements
Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop setting while working collaboratively with Supervisors and peers
What you'll bring
Australian‐recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III HD Plant)
Field Service Experience (Highly regarded)
