THE POSITION
Prepare and deliver high-quality food across multiple service periods
Lead, train and inspire a small team
Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in high-volume production
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation
Maintain top-tier food safety, allergen and quality standards
Drive organisation, workflow and daily kitchen operations
THE PERSON
You're a
skilled culinary skilled and natural leader
who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional food and service.
Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a commercial kitchen
Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification
Strong understanding of large-scale food production and service delivery




Proven ability to lead a team and set standards
Highly organised, reliable and calm under pressure
Passion for quality, consistency and continuous improvement
Experience working within high-volume hospitality, catering or workplace dining environments is highly regarded
