We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to join a leading community services organisation supporting people living with persistent mental health needs.
This is an opportunity to provide clinical and practice leadership within the HASI Plus program, supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred care.
What's on offer
$***** per hour + super + salary packaging + monthly on-call allowance
Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension depending on service needs
Based in north-west Sydney, with community outreach
Salary packaging up to
$18,550
4 CPD Days and 4 additional paid wellness days

Key responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across a caseload of approximately
***** clients
Lead clinical handovers, case reviews, care coordination and 13-week reviews
Support clinical decision-making, risk assessment and care planning
Provide supervision, mentoring and professional development to team members
Support the management of complex mental health presentations and risk
Build solid partnerships with LHD case managers and multidisciplinary teams
Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement and safe service delivery
Support consumers transitioning from facility-based care into the community
About you
Relevant tertiary qualification in
Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or related discipline
, with appropriate registration/membership
Extensive mental health experience, including supporting people with severe and persistent mental health needs
Experience with CTOs and/or Forensic Orders, with exposure to AOD
Demonstrated clinical leadership, supervision, care planning and risk assessment experience
Commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred practice
Current Australian Driver Licence
Ability to participate in the monthly on-call roster
