Sutherland Hall School in Tamworth is seeking an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to support pupils with SEMH and autism, deliver ELSA sessions, and work with the education team to raise wellbeing and learning readiness.
This full time, term-time-only role starts ASAP in a supportive, values-led environment within Polaris Education's community of schools. The successful candidate will play a key part in safeguarding and pupil development.
