ULA Group YOUR ROLE You will be part of the ULA Group Service Department and join a team of customer-focused, multi-skilled Service Technicians. This is a full time position.
n
Based in Condell Park, NSW. This role works collaboratively with the service team and reports to the Group Service Manager. Benefits Salary offered: Between $80,000 to $90,000 depending on skills and experience.
n
Task & responsibilities As a Service Technician - LED Screen & Digital Technology you will participate in the after sales repair and maintenance of LED modules, processors and provide technical advice on LED displays.

Repair of LED screen modules
n
Trouble shooting and identifying faults with the item
n
Detailed soldering
n
Quality control assessments on LED and Lighting products
n
Ongoing training and development
n
Phone technical support
n
Quotations, invoices and post repair reports for customers
n
Communicate verbally and via email with customers
n
Quality control assessments
n
Interstate and overseas travel may be required
n
Technical support, troubleshooting and advice via phone
n




Liaise with National Service Manager and suppliers to ensure up-to-date knowledge and technical training
n
Spare parts inventory control and ordering
n
Any other duties from time to time
n
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (or equivalent) desirable Minimum 1 years experience in repair and maintenance of LED screens, lighting fixtures and control systems KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
n
High level soldering skills, and the ability to develop skillset further if required.

Recognised LED repair training qualifications
n
Knowledge of LED processors
n
Passion for the audio-visual industry and tech
n
Great organisational skills and IT literate
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Current driver's license and passport
n
