We're recruiting for an established real estate business in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties.

The Role
n
n
Manage approximately 180 residential properties
n
Monday to Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm
n
No Saturdays
n
Dedicated leasing support
n
Assistance with routine inspections
n
No trust accounting
n
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
n
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
n
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
n
Prepare for and attend tribunal matters when required
n

Previous real estate Property Management experience is essential. This opportunity could suit an established Senior Property Manager or a strong Property Manager ready to take the next step.

A NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is also required.
