About the Role
n
You'll work across a broad mix of residential projects, including custom designer, architect-designed homes, volume builds, renovations and extensions and swimming pools.
n
Your day could take you from an architectural project in the Scenic Rim, a custom design home in Mt Cotton, a new build in the bayside regions of Redlands to Moreton or a residential renovation on the northern end of the Gold Coast.
n
Wherever your working day takes you, you will have a strong support team working for you in the office.
n

About You
n

Hold the required qualifications, licences and industry memberships
n
Have a strong understanding of building codes and standards




n
Be confident using Certflow or similar software, along with Microsoft Office
n
Bring an adaptable, positive and solutions-focused approach
n
Value a strong team culture as much as technical accuracy
n

Duties & Responsibilities
n
Drawing on your residential building certification experience, you'll be ready to step confidently into the role and manage key responsibilities, including:
n
n
Assessing and approving residential building applications for homes, renovations, extensions and pools
n
Completing on-site inspections
n
Reviewing compliance with relevant legislation, codes and standards
n
Proactively liaising with clients, builders, town planners, architects and homeowners
n
Contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
n
