Key Responsibilities
n
Leverage our premium database (and your own network) to generate and convert high-quality mortgage leads.
n
Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to provide tailored lending solutions for residential and/or commercial clients.
n
Structure complex loan applications, negotiate with a wide panel of lenders, and secure the most competitive rates and terms.
n
Actively nurture and manage client relationships, turning single transactions into lifelong clients and referral sources.
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure all lending practices are fully compliant with industry regulations (NCCP).
n
About You
n
Experience:
n
You have a solid 5 to 6 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with a strong track record of consistent settlements
n
Experience with Infynity platform (Finsure)
n
Qualifications:
n
You hold Cert IV Mortgage Broking certificate and/or Diploma
n
Current member of the MFAA or FBAA.
n
Sales Driven:
n
You are highly motivated by a commission-based environment and possess the commercial acumen to maximize a high-quality database.
n
Relationship Builder:
n
You have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
n
