Casual Functions and Bistro Waitstaff - Strathfield Golf Club

We're currently seeking experienced and well-presented casual all-rounders to join our team. These roles offer a dynamic mix of duties across the Bistro, Kiosk, and Events perfect for hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced premium setting.

Casual roles

Shifts available Tuesday to Friday, across mornings, lunch, and dinner services
n
n
Availability required: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
n
n
Level 2 or 3 hourly rates, depending on experience
n
n
Own transport needed, free parking onsite
n
Chef's selection meal provided for shifts over 56 hours
n
Training provided
n

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests across all areas
n
Prepare and serve barista-style coffee to a consistently high standard
n
Take orders, serve food and beverages, run food, transparent tables, and manage payments
n




Support event functions and assist in setup/pack-down as needed
n
Keep all work areas clean, well-stocked, and organised
n
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit front-of-house team
n
n
About You:
n
Minimum 6 months hospitality experience with coffee-making skills
n
n
Confident carrying 3 plates and a tray of drinks
n
n
Able to operate a barista station independently (ideally latte art)
n
n
Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and professional presentation
n
Basic food prep and stock handling skills are a plus
n
Hold valid Australian working rights and a current NSW RSA
n
Willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months
n
