About the Role:We are seeking multiple fixed-term Customer Experience Administrators to join the BPC until 30 June ****. Opportunities are available for both a full-time basis and part-time basis (0.6 FTE, equivalent to 3 days per week).As the BPC's role continues to grow, we are seeking Customer Experience Administrators to support the Consumer & Practitioner Service Centre. This frontline team plays a critical role in delivering a skilled and supportive experience by providing phone and email assistance, guiding consumers, and triaging enquiries to the appropriate pathways.The Customer Experience Administrator is the first point of contact for practitioners, members of the public, and industry stakeholders.
