Job Description
This is not a traditional administrative project management position. You'll be responsible for driving project outcomes, coordinating technical teams, managing client expectations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will work closely with engineers, service delivery teams, account managers and executive leadership to oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations through to
telecommunications,
cybersecurity and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
n
Coordinate internal and external resources
n
Monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables
n
Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
n
Ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably
n
Serve as the primary contact for project customers
n
Conduct project kick-offs and governance meetings
n
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
n
Manage expectations and resolve project challenges
n

About you
n
n




Minimum 5 years' experience managing ICT projects
n
Experience managing budgets, schedules and resources
n
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Experience working within rapid-paced environments
n
MSP or systems integrator experience
n
Project delivery experience across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, unified communications, and contact centre solutions
n
PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certifications
n
Experience using Microsoft Project or similar platforms
n
