About You:
Are you a talented Demi Chef ready to bring your energy and skill to a fast-paced kitchen? We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in every plate, and is hungry to grow their career with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes across à la carte and room service




Confidently rotate across different sections of the kitchen as needed
Work closely with senior chefs to prioritise daily kitchen operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment at all times
Minimise waste and ensure cost-effective food preparation
Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
Step up to lead the section when required
Follow all standard operating procedures and WH&S; guidelines
Contribute to a positive, qualified, and collaborative team culture
Assist the conference & catering team with events as needed
What You'll Bring:
Strong Demi Chef experience with confidence in a fast-paced kitchen
Proven all-rounder ability, comfortable working across multiple sections
Solid culinary skills across preparation and presentation
Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations
Flexible and reliable, with a proactive, team-first attitude
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Interest in career growth, with progression opportunities available locally and within the EVT network
