Job Description
Mindful Foods is looking for a switched-on, people-loving human to be the friendly voice behind our customer service and order processing.

Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and live chat; keep them in the loop on orders, stock and deliveries; build genuine relationships with stores and cafés across the country.

This office-based, casual role is 4–5 days a week with day shifts and a reliable roster; we offer training, growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.
