About the role
n
Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) provide specialist, recovery-oriented care to individuals experiencing serious mental illness within their local community.
n
The Bellarine CMHT delivers comprehensive, multidisciplinary mental health care across the Bellarine Peninsula, supporting consumers in community settings with a strong focus on continuity of care, recovery, and community connection. The team works collaboratively with consumers, families and carers, and key service partners to ensure coordinated, timely and person-centred support.
n
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide recovery-oriented, community-based mental health care to individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental illness.

Deliver assessment, treatment and recovery-oriented interventions
n
Provide coordinated, consumer and family-inclusive care
n
Contribute to intake, risk assessment and case management functions
n
n
What We Are Looking For
n
n
Qualification in Nursing, Social Work,
Occupational Therapy or Psychology (with relevant registration)
n
Experience in mental health assessment, risk management and care coordination
n
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
n
Willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends (where applicable)
n
