What you will be doing
n
Residential service work across greater Sydney — maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs. You will work autonomously in the field with structured systems behind you and technical leadership available when you need it.

Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems
n
Scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
n
Explain the problem and the fix clearly to customers
n
Keep accurate job notes and documentation
n
Uphold quality and safety standards on every job
n

What we are looking for
n
n
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
n
Proven residential HVAC service experience
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Someone customers trust in their home — clear communicator, tidy work, on time
n

$40–$50 per hour + superannuation

Monthly performance bonuses (OTE $2,000–$10,000 per month)
