About the Role:

Join a collaborative team certifying varied residential projects across the Gold Coast and Southeast Queensland, including custom and volume homes, renovations, extensions and pools.
n
Duties:
n
n
Assess and approve residential building applications
n
Conduct onsite inspections across the Gold Coast and SEQ
n
Review compliance with relevant legislation, codes, and standards
n
Liaise with builders, planners, architects, and homeowners
n
Deliver practical advice and contribute to team outcomes
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Relevant and current qualification in Building Certification
n
Residential certification experience across homes and alterations
n
Strong NCC, building codes and standards knowledge
n
Certflow or similar experience, plus Microsoft Office proficiency
n
n
