Auto Masters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and drive performance across our Gold Coast franchise network.

This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll work closely with the franchisee and store managers to improve results, maintain high standards, and support business growth across multiple sites.

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with franchisee, managers and technicians to lift performance and profitability
n
Monitor and improve sales, KPIs and overall operations
n
Uphold high standards in workmanship, presentation and customer experience
n
Ensure compliance with audits, safety requirements and operational procedures
n
Contribute to hiring, onboarding and team development
n
Develop and maintain robust supplier partnerships
n

About you:

Qualified mechanic with solid automotive industry experience
n
Background in managing multiple sites or locations
n
Strong understanding of business performance and financial drivers
n
Effective leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
n
Practical, proactive and customer-focused approach
