Kent is hiring a Branch Manager to lead our high-performing Sydney operation and drive its next phase of growth.

The Role
n
Reporting to the onsite Regional General Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the Sydney Branch.
n
You will lead through:
n
n
Maintaining and growing the profit position of the region through effective management of sales performance and operational expenses
n
Promoting and advocating the highest level of customer service across all areas of the business
n
Direct leadership of an Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager
n
Full P&L; accountability
n
Operational cost control and margin improvement
n
Labour optimisation and fleet efficiency
n
Warehouse performance and asset utilisation
n
Ensuring Kent's safety standards are upheld, with safety prioritised across all teams
n
Strategic growth planning across NSW
n
Regional travel across NSW/ACT when required
n
n
This is a visible leadership role with genuine influence across a nationally recognised business.

Who We Are Targeting

We are seeking experienced senior operational leaders who have:
n
n
Successfully managed a branch, depot, operational site, or service-based business in a fast-paced environment
n
Owned or significantly influenced P&L; outcomes
n
Led large operational teams across transport, warehouse, scheduling, logistics, or field operations
n
Driven measurable improvements in margin, productivity, customer service, or operational efficiencyOperated successfully in high‐pressure, high‐volume environments
n
n
Experience within removals, relocations, transport, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or service operations will be highly regarded.
n
If you come from outside the removals industry, you'll bring strong operational leadership capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead teams through complexity and change.
n
Most importantly, you know how to build high‐performing teams and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
