About your new role:
n
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
n
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community
n
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations
n
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team
n
A little about you:
n
A Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA
n
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
n
Experience in an early childhood setting
n
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
n
Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs
