Job Description
Independence Australia in Chipping Norton NSW is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage the afternoon shift (2:00 pm–10:00 pm). You will supervise receiving, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery of essential health and wellbeing products.

You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, train on WMS and MS Office, and drive safety and continuous improvement. A current Forklift Licence and reach forklift experience are required.
