The Opportunity:
n
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate (5 years') to join our Sydney CBD Property team, working alongside a reputable Partner and his team. In this role, you will act for a diverse range of clients and play a key role in supporting transactions.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
n
Sales and acquisitions of commercial assets
n
Conducting due diligence and transaction management
n
General commercial property advisory work
n
n
Successful candidates will have:
n
n
5 years' experience from a highly regarded property practice
n
Experience in commercial leasing
n
Experience with high value property sales and acquisitions and acting for sophisticated clients
n
Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
n
A commercially minded approach and strong attention to detail
n
Review contracts
n
Manage lease assignments
n
Mentor Junior members of staff
n
