About the Role
n As an Exercise Physiologist/ Physiotherapist you'll deliver evidence-based assessment and tailored interventions to help job seekers achieve independence and return-to-work goals. You'll run onsite clinics, facilitate group programs, and collaborate with a supportive national team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about empowering people and enjoys a mix of one-to-one and group work.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver vocational and therapeutic interventions to enhance work readiness.
n
Facilitate structured group programs (e.g., interview skills, goal setting, CV building).
n
Provide evidence-based, practical support for individuals and groups of all ages.
n
Implement wellbeing strategies to help clients manage stress and build confidence.
n
Maintain accurate documentation and meet SLA timeframes.
n




Build relationships with Employment Service providers and community stakeholders.
n
Contribute to brand growth through meetings, promotion, and quality service delivery.
n
Meet internal and external KPIs while identifying any risks to performance.
n

About You
n
n
Qualified Exercise Physiologist/ Physiotherapist with relevant ESSA/AHPRA accreditation.
n
Confident delivering both individual and group-based interventions.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
n
Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to positive client outcomes.
