We are seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our supportive and passionate team with a long history of excellence and stability. Set within a large natural environment, this centre provides children with rich opportunities to explore, engage, and develop confidence through hands‐on experiences both indoors and outdoors.

Key responsibilities

Support children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful connections

Facilitate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences
n
Support emotional well-being and holistic development
n
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem‐solving through loose parts play
n

About you
n
n
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or working towards)
n
Ideally 2+ years' experience in an early learning environment
n
Interest in nature-based learning and play‐based education (support and mentoring provided)
n
A collaborative team player with a positive, qualified approach
n
Passion for ongoing learning and career development
